The Breasties Story
Alba Martinez is the compassionate medical assistant at a breast surgery practice in Gilbert, Arizona. After years of seeing her patients come in with a variety of post-surgical bras and seeing the challenges that came with each one of them, she determined to create a bra that combined the best aspects of all of them—comfort, affordability, and simplicity.
She had noticed a recurring challenge with patients after surgery: the standard post-surgical bras were causing chaffing, rashes, and general discomfort. Knowing that patients who feel cared for and supported recover faster and more completely, she knew she had to do something.
So Alba did extensive research and delved into the intricacies of clothing design and textile engineering, always with a goal to ensure it was affordable for everyone.
The result was the Breastie Care Original—crafted from breathable fabrics and meticulously engineered to provide optimal support without sacrificing comfort. Breasties Care quickly became synonymous with innovation and compassion.
